The article focuses on the relevance of the implementation of information and analytical support mechanisms in the activities of Local state administrations. Information resources and information processes in general become the main prerequisites for the effectiveness of public administration and Local governments. This requires public authorities to implement systems and structures of information and analytical support of government activities, new forms and technologies of information use, new technologies for its collection, processing and analysis, creation and interaction of information databases. Theoretical bases of functioning of information and analytical maintenance mechanisms of Local administrations activity are substantiated; practical offers concerning the improvement of processes of their formation and functioning in system of public administration are generalized and developed.

Introduction: In dentistry, Local anesthetic (LA) administration in children is often associated with behavioral problems. Hence, the present study evaluated the efficacy of aromatherapy in reducing the dental anxiety and pain during LA procedure. Methods: This clinical trial was conducted upon 150 children in the age range of 8-12 years. Subjects were randomly divided into five groups; Group 1: Lavender essential oil using nebulizer; Group 2: Lavender essential oil using inhaler; Group 3: Orange essential oil using nebulizer; Group 4: Orange essential oil using inhaler; Group 5: Control (without aromatherapy). For all the children, baseline anxiety was recorded followed by aromatherapy (except for children in the control group). Following the standard protocol, LA was administered. The procedural pain was assessed using Faces, Legs, Activity, Cry and Consolability scale (FLACC) and Faces Pain Scale-Revised (FPS-R). Finally, anxiety was again recorded. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 17. 0. Results: A significant difference in ANOVA test was observed among anxiety scores after LA in aromatherapy groups 1, 3, and 4 compared to control. When the FLACC scores were analyzed using Kruskal-Wallis, there were significantly lower values in aromatherapy groups compared to the control group. The pain scores, as reported in FPS-R, were also lower in aroma groups 1, 3, and 4. Conclusion: Aromatherapy with lavender or sweet orange, using either nebulizer or inhaler, decreased the dental anxiety of children, whereas, only sweet orange could reduce the pain as self-reported by children.

Local historiography is the third well-known type of historiography after dynastic and general histories. Each state or city in accordance with its special political, social, economic, cultural etc condition has got one, two or more Local histories. At the same time, the vast and rich province of Fars with its special historical, cultural and religious background has got a relatively rich Local history. Although the same province had a very deep relationship with the world before Islam as a basis for Hakhan1anishiand Sassanid daynasties, its Local historiography was full of culture and thoughts of the Islamic age especially about Erfan and Sufism, being away from a biography with the world before Islam. The first work of history of this province is in Arabic and is about biography of scholars of the time. This trend lasted for about several centuries in such a way that it made the necrology be started as a branch of this state Local historiography. Moreover, several works in Persian was written until the Safavid period, which were-influenced by the same iography of scholars and Sufism in one way or another, including chapter two of1he book Shiraz name hand some parts of Farsnameh Naseri which prove it to be true. The Fars Local historiography remained away openly from political and military problems, emphasizing social, economic, cultural and religious situations of Fars.

Each state or city according to political, social and economic stations more or less has got one, two or more Local history works.At the same time, vast state of kerman located between Fars and Khorassan has got a relatively rich Local history writing and comparing its Local historiography with other states, one finds that it becomes third after Khorassan, and the Caspian border states. Since there is a direct relationship between rise and fall of Local governments of that region and its Local historiography.The most famous Local historian or, in other words, the father of historiography of Kerman state is Afzal-al-din Kermani writing his works, he started the Local historiography of the same state.After that historiography of Kerman never faced a cease, and several works about the history of this region were written.

The current research aims at a comparative study of the rentier government in Ahmadinejad and Rouhani governments. From this point of view, qualitative research strategy and thematic matrix type have been used. Therefore, the research data has been used by using judgmental or targeted sampling method of related political texts through the process of thematic coding in order to discover and identify the basic, organized and comprehensive themes of the rentier government in both Ahmadinejad and Rouhani governments. Qualitative findings of the research have shown that the rentier government in Ahmadinejad and Rouhani governments consists of three overarching themes: a- lack of attention to civil society mechanisms, b- efficient government, c- lack of active private sector. In addition to the commonalities and differences of three overarching themes that were the benchmarks compared between the government of Rentier and the government of Ahmadinejad and Rouhani; have been compared and analyzed. The research method in this article is descriptive, and the method of collecting data and information is the library method, which has been extracted by referring to books, articles and other published written works.

In this work, using eigenvalues and eigenvectors of unitary Cayley graphs over finite Local rings and elementary linear algebra, we characterize which Local rings allow a PST occurring in its unitary Cayley graph. Moreover, we have some developments when R is a product of Local rings.

The aim of this study was to evaluate pharmacokinetic profiles of florfenicol after a single dose of intravenous (5.00 mg kg-1 body weight) and oral (40.00 mg kg-1 body weight) administrations in common carp (Cyprinus carpio). The residue depletion of florfenicol was also investigated after oral administration (10.00 mg kg-1 body weight) and bath treatment (5.00 mg L-1) for 10 consecutive days. Pharmacokinetics of florfenicol in plasma after a single dose administration, at 10 time points (0.50, 1, 2, 4, 8, 12, 24, 72, 120 and 168 hr) and florfenicol concentrations in tissues (plasma, liver and muscle) at three time points (1, 7 and 14 days) after 10 consecutive days, were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography. The peak concentration of florfenicol was 137.02 ng mL-1 and the time to reach peak concentration in plasma was two hr. The elimination half-lives, the volume of distribution at steady state and total body clearance were estimated as 21.40 hr, 0.30 and 0.03 L hr-1, respectively. After drug administration for 10 days, it's concentration in plasma and muscle in oral treatment was significantly more than bath treatment in all days. Drug concentrations in the liver after bath treatment were significantly higher for a shorter period than the concentration in the oral treatment, indicating that higher levels of florfenicol for a longer period can be achieved in the tissues after oral drug administration. According to pharmacokinetic results, florfenicol may be a suitable candidate for the treatment of common bacterial infections in common carp farming.
